Using cottage cheese is a light way of adding a meal size serving of protein to any salad.

Ingredients:

Mixed Greens

Additional Kale

Balsamic Vinegar

Olive Oil

Cottage Cheese

Blackberries

Almonds

Toasted Butternut Squash Seeds

Chia Seeds

Just throw your greens in a bowl and drizzle lightly with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Top with cottage cheese, almonds, blackberries, squash seeds and chia seeds for even more protein.
